This document contains a rubric to evaluate animation projects across several criteria on a scale of 1 to 10 or 1 to 15. It assesses animation based on principles of animation, storyline/concept, use of camera, camera angles, set design/environment, sound and effects, and meeting frame targets. Strong animation adheres to animation principles, has a clear storyline that engages the audience, uses camerawork and angles appropriately, has well-crafted sets/characters/props, incorporates appropriate sound and music, and meets frame targets. Weak animation lacks adherence to principles, has an incoherent or confusing storyline, has poor camerawork and no variety in angles, puts little effort into sets/characters/props, has little
