Cardinal Titus S. McMillan has had a long career in ministry and counseling. He grew up in New Jersey and endured many hardships as a youth before accepting God. He went on to establish several outreach ministries and has extensive education, including degrees from multiple seminaries and universities. Currently, Cardinal McMillan runs a private counseling practice and serves as a chaplain and senior pastor. He is passionate about educating and developing leaders to serve with excellence.

1. BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: CardinalTitus S. McMillan
Cardinal Titus S. McMillan entered this world on April 13, 1968 in Passaic, New Jersey. As a youth, he
endured many trials and tribulations that resulted in pain which ultimately lead him to accept the Lord
as his Savior. In1991,hebeganstudying scriptures and wastaughthowtorightly divide the Word ofGod
by Pastor Bernard Smalls and Pastor John Bookert. Under Prevailing Word Outreach Ministry, he would
establish “Taking it to the Streets Ministries”, an outreach ministry that provided assistance to the
homeless as well as those who felt lost. This would begin his ministerial journey.
Cardinal McMillan moved to NC in 1995, there he would continue in ministry as a radio personality for
WKDSWMFA. WhileinNorthCarolina healsoworkedas a Crisis ManagementSpecialistforthe juvenile
system. As the need grew for a safe place for youth, he established the Showers of Blessings Community
Life Center. This would be recognized for the effort to develop resources for crisis management skills in
the urban community. In 1996, he enrolled in International Seminary, Plymouth, FL. By the time he
graduated the program, he would come to learn what the enemy meant for evil, God would turn it around
for his good and through him, God would bring about healing and restoration in the lives of countless
families and juvenile youth for the glory of God.
Cardinal McMillan is a graduate of International Seminary, he has completed the Demonology studies
with Indiana Christian University and is a graduate of Jamison Theological School. He also holds a MS
in Christian Clinical Counselling from St. James the Elder Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D in Christian
Clinical Psychology from Dayspring Christian University, where he is also the Vice Chancellor.

he is a licensed marriage and family counsellor and provides clinical therapy for pain management and
mental health. Known as Dr. Titus to his clients, the primary specialties of the practice are behavioral
issues, family conflict and the recovery of personhood. In September 2014 and again in May 2015, he
received recognition from the International Association of Healthcare Professionals and Inclusion into
the 2014-2015; 2015 -2016 edition of “Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare – Top Therapist in Keyport &
Edison NJ”. He holds credentials from Light University in the concentration of Addiction and Recovery,
Trauma, and Crisis Management and was awarded Diplomate status in Traumatology from St. James the
Elder Theological Seminary. Cardinal McMillan was also honored to receive the Doctorate of Philosophy
from the prestigious St. James the Elder Theological Seminary as of March 31st, 2015. In 2015 The
American Institute of Holistic Health & Wellness saw fit to bestow the honor of becoming a “Lifetime
Member” of International M.I.N.D.S Association. InMay 2014 he received certification in Biofeedback
Therapy. Currently, Cardinal McMillan serves as a Chaplain for the NJ Law Enforcement. He is also a
professional photographer very gifted in the multimedia arena. He is the CEO and Founder of
McMiPhotography and Kingdom Vision Media.
Cardinal McMillan ministerial resume is complete with serving in the body of Christ as God directs him.
He is the Senior Pastor of the Embassy of Faith International. One of his passions is to educate adjutants
to serve leadership with passion, total commitment and excellence. Having the heart of the shepherd,
leader is what he is determined to instill in those who serve in leadership. On November 12, 2014
Patriarch Heyward B. Ewart by the grace of God, appointed Cardinal McMillan as Cardinal within the
Holy Catholic Church International.
Through all of life’s adversities, Cardinal McMillan can testify that it was definitely the Lord on his side
that has brought him this far and for that he gives God all of the glory.
