These are procedures I use for managing a variety of tasks related to the job
description of Senior Planner. Particularly, in the collection of miscellaneous anecdotal
information, it is important to be able to quickly document and recall critical
information.
Issue Tracking
• Use note taking software that I can search for keywords later on when revising
contracts, developing grant applications, and program development.
• Maintain file folders for saving hard copies of various materials received. Allows
for quick access during research.
• Use Desktop Wiki software to annotate, summarize and describe the contents of
the filing system.
