 Steven Kourkoutis calls up a regular Sales meeting at the end of every
1-2 weeks
 He closely listens to the subordinates
 He considers the feedbacks each of the sales executives
 He tries to explain the feasibility of each suggestion
 If found good, he implements them the quickest possible
 As a result, the sales doesn’t remain one brainer
 However, they are all guided by a single brain
