Initial enquiry - After answering your initial
questions, we send you an initial franchise
enquiry form and confidentiality agreement for
you to complete and return.
We call you to discuss your situation,
preferred territory and andwer any further
questions you may have.
We assist to negotiate and secure the new
lease. We complete our Franchise Agreement
and commence local council DA lodgement.
We then send you our detailed information
package, which includes:
• Financial Information Document
• Profit & Loss Spreadsheet Template
• Franchise Agreement
• Disclosure Statement
And book in a Q&A Seeion with you.
Once DA is obtained, we commence your club
fitout, conduct your training program, recruit
your Club Manager and help you with your
presales for Foundation Memberships.
Once your deposit has been placed, we work
to secure your premise within your preferred
territory.
We meet for a Question & Answer session and
go through any further questions you have
from the information package you received.
We confirm your preferred territory and look at
securing your territory with a fully refundable
and transferable deposit.

process can make a huge difference to the success of your business. Only after obtaining and accessing
this information do we proceed to negotiate the lease for the premises. This is another area that we can

Business Owner Training
We’ve developed a comprehensive training program to enable you to become a Stepz Interactive Club
business owner.
If you’ve never owned or operated a business before – don’t worry. This program is designed for people
that have never owned and operated their own business. The program covers all business systems and
procedures you’ll need to successfully operate a Stepz Interactive Franchise.
The training will cover areas such as membership sales systems, member retention systems, referral
systems, conducting local area marketing, lead generation systems, book keeping and accounting
