a Short Term Assignment to be with Lonea Biologics Tuas Mfg Upstream from
051an15 to 60ec15.
Stefan work under my supervision at Lonza Biologics for 11 months, ending in
060ec15.
Stefan worked well with is co-workers, he is self-motivated to improve and is positive
about his opportunity here in Singapore. He was detennined to adjustto the fast pace,
working with Batch instructions and Sop's written in English and the pace of the
English language spoken by everyone, he adapted welland gain respect from his
entire team and had become a valuable assetto the manufacturing floor.
Stefan liked to be active and never shy away from taking on various activities aside
from his daily tasks to benefitthe Media Preparation operations. Overtime, he
exceeded expectations after having been here for such a short period of time
Based on our experience working with him (Section Lead and myself), we are pleased
with his work attitude, his business delivery and team work with his colleagues.
