been Mr. Wilkinson’s immediate supervisor since the beginning of June 2016.
In his short time as a coder for the Weapons and Tactics domain for the Global Terrorism
Database (GTD) at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to
Terrorism (START), Mr. Wilkinson has proven to be an excellent addition to the team.
Mr. Wilkinson possesses the essential qualities that one looks for in an employee. He is a
constant self-starter and requires minimal supervision for the completion of his
assignments in an efficient manner. Mr. Wilkinson has demonstrated a strong
understanding of the team’s coding rules and nuances and applied them in a consistent
and accurate fashion. And finally, Mr. Wilkinson has exhibited a great working attitude
and responded positively to professional feedback so as to continuously improve his work
product.
