Best practices to improve mental healthcare for this population include expanding counseling programs, promoting advocacy for safer working conditions, offering language classes, and establishing Spanish-language hotlines. Overcoming barriers like cost, lack of transportation, and cultural beliefs will be important for improving mental health outcomes for migrant farmworkers.
