For the secondary Hotelschool, ROC in Amsterdam I was asked to give a guest lecture (in Dutch) in managing expectations. As a Alumni I was also asked to present my 'Career' until now. In this presentation I linked the touchpoints, customer expectations to the use of Social media.

For the SocialNomics lecture on Nyenrode I was asked to present my experience with social media for my fellow students. This, because I already have researched the capabilities and written a social media strategy / plan for a newly developed concept named Zoku (working titel)
