首先要了解你是哪 種體質

血虛型 : 血液不足 經量少,
唇色淡, 心悸失眠, 會頭暈 氣虛型 : 臟腑功能不足, 元氣衰退 常疲倦, 感覺吸空氣不足, 話聲小, 飆冷汗 此兩種體質較不適合經期運動

那正常體質該做哪些運動?

不適合: • 高強度運動 :
例如長跑,跳躍,重量訓練 • PS : 經期初期到強度運動易造成痛經,或是 加大出血量 • PS : 游泳由於生殖器自潔功能在經期降低, 應避免以免病菌入侵

但適量的運動反而有助於 1.神經系統平衡 2.增加血液循環 3.幫助腹肌與骨盆肌收縮增加排血順暢,可 緩解痛經

適合: • 輕柔,舒展放鬆,低強度運動 :
瑜珈,快走 拉筋伸展 • PS : 避免任何對腹部施壓的動作,以免造成 出血量增加,如 : 棒式,俯臥撐 • PS : 縮短鍛鍊的時間, 改以放鬆為主要目的 以達放鬆肌肉效果

另外 : 失血會造成一定的氮損失,這段期間對蛋白質和各種微量 元素的需求較高,所以應適量補充蛋白質和鐵質,如瘦肉、 魚蝦、蛋類、蔬果等 並避免辛辣以及生冷食物唷
