Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Общая
длина
маршрутной
сети

км.
Новый
подвижной
состав
имеет
низкий
уровень
пола,
оборудован
системой
кондиционирования
салона,
оснащен
системами
видеонаблюдения
и
спутниковой
навигации.
9. Проблемы
и
преимущества
«Мосгортранса»
Проблемы:
• несоответствие
графиков
движения
и
дорожной
ситуации
• неэффективное
использование
существующих
ресурсов
• отсутствие
интереса
перевозить
платежеспособных
пассажиров
• отсутствие
навигации
и
рекламы
среди
потенциальных
пассажиров
• внутренние
кадровые
проблемы

проблемы
Возможные
причины

лишние
предметы
в
салоне

пассажиру,
заплатившему

подъезжает
вплотную
к
бордюру
(при
отсутствии
препятствий)
• водитель

помогает
инвалиду-‐колясочнику
осуществить
посадку
в
салон
• некорректная
работа
контролеров
• нет
трафарета
на
остановке
или
на
нем
неправильное
(устаревшее)
расписание;
трафарет
висит
в
недоступном
для
людей
месте

расписаниях
для
пассажиров
У
каждого
маршрута
есть
совершенно
точное
расписание,
которому
он
должен
следовать.
На
трафаретах
пишутся
расписания
для
некоторых
маршрутов
(«объявленное
уличное
расписание»):
либо
на
весь
день,
либо
на
вечернее
и
ночное
время.

расписаниях
для
водителей
На
каждом
маршруте
работает
определенное
количество
машин,
каждая
из
которых
делает
несколько
рейсов
в
течение
дня.
Количество
машин
зависит
от
пассажиропотока.
Количество
и
последовательность
рейсов,
смен
водителей
и
обедов
–
от
трудового
законодательства.
19. Что
значит
«не
пришел
по
расписанию»?
В
отсутствие
полноценных
выделенных
полос
соблюдать
составленное
расписание
довольно
проблематично.
В
часы
загруженности
дорог
автобусы
работают
по
указанию
диспетчера.
В
основном
подвижной
состав
простаивает
в
пробках,
из-‐за
чего
вовремя
выпустить
на
маршрут
машину
не
получается.
Автобусы
маршрута
стоят
в
пробке
А
???

В
противоположную
сторону
дорога
может
быть
свободной,
но
автобусы
не
возвращаются
на
конечную
А.
Дополнительных
автобусов
на
конечной
А
нет.
В
таких
случаях
обращения
писать
бессмысленно
–
все
автобусы
на
маршруте,
но
из-‐за
пробки
не
могут
вовремя
обернуться
по
маршруту,
что
после
выхода
всех
машин
из
пункта
А
дает
большой
и
непредсказуемый
интервал.
20. Что
значит
«не
пришел
по
расписанию»?
В
вечернее
время
в
отсутствие
пробок
и
прочих
дорожных
аварийных
ситуаций
автобусы
должны
ходить
по
графику.
Если
одна
или
более
машин
не
выходит
на
маршрут
–
время
ожидания
увеличивается,
расписание
не
выполняется.

Автобусы
идут
по
расписанию,
но
одной
машины
не
хватает
–
интервал
удваивается

В
вечернее
время
интервалы
на
многих
немагистральных
маршрутах
–
25-‐35
минут.
Двойной
интервал
означает
ожидание
на
остановке
до
60
минут.
В
обращении
нужно
указать
на
какой
остановке
вы
ждали
автобус,
в
течение
какого
времени,
когда
он
должен
был
пойти.
Нужно
требовать
выяснить
причину
невыхода
машины
на
линию
при
свободных
дорогах.
21. Температура
в
салоне
При
температуре
воздуха
ниже
+5
градусов
должно
быть
включено
отопление.
В
зависимости
от
модели
автобуса
существуют
разные
схемы
размещения
обогревателей
с
разной
эффективностью
обогрева
салона.
Летом
при
наличии
у
автобуса
кондиционера
он
должен
работать,
если
на
улице
больше
+21
градуса.
Форточки
при
этом
должны
быть
закрыты!

Отопление
и
кондиционер
включает
водитель,
ремонтируют
сотрудники
парка.
22. Водитель
и
пассажир
У
водителя
есть
должностная
инструкция,
в
которой
четко
прописаны
все
его
действия
во
время
работы
на
маршруте.
• Водитель
обязан
подъезжать
на
остановке
прямо
к
бордюру
(если
только
ему
не
мешают
неправильно
припаркованные
в
зоне
остановки
автомобили)
Остановка
во
втором
ряду
или
через
лужу
от
остановки
недопустимы.
• Водитель
обязан
выдавать
вам
билет
при
покупке
в
салоне,
при
этом
не
обязан
разменивать
вам
купюры
в
1000
и
5000
рублей.
Если
он
взял
деньги
и
не
выдал
вам
талон
–
это
финансовое
преступление.
• Водитель
обязан
помогать
инвалидам-‐колясочникам
заезжать
в
салон,
закреплять
коляски
специальными
ремнями
безопасности.
• Водитель
обязан
объявлять
по
громкой
связи
в
салоне
о
начале
проверки
проездных
документов
контролером.

23. О
контролерах
Контролеры
«Мосгортранса»
не
имеют
права:
• осуществлять
контроль
на
маршрутах
с
нарушением
формы
одежды,
без
служебного
удостоверения,
БСК
контролера
и
наряда-‐задания;
• взыскивать
штраф
с
граждан,
допустивших
нарушения
административного
законодательства
РФ
и
города
Москвы,
Правил
пользования
наземным
городским
транспортом
общего
пользования
(трамваями,
троллейбусами,
автобусами)
в
городе
Москве.
Функции
по
взысканию
штрафов
возложены
на
ГКУ
«Организатор
перевозок»

• осуществлять
контроль
на
маршрутах
других
эксплуатационных
филиалов;

контролеров

должностной
инструкции

25. Трафареты
на
остановках
Установкой
и
обновлением
трафаретов
занимается
Служба
линейных
сооружений.
Трафареты
должны
содержать
актуальную
информацию
и
быть
доступными
для
всех
пассажиров.
26. Основные
принципы
обращений
Принципы:
• Обращение
имеет
причину
и
нацелено
на
решение
конкретной
проблемы
• Обращение
–
по
существу
и
без
клонирования
(спама
без
нас
хватает)
• Имеем
в
виду
ответственное
лицо,
которое
должно
решать
проблему
• Подробно
описываем
свой
алгоритм
решения
• Требуем
только
того,
чего
можем
требовать
• Если
получаем
отписку
–
пробуем
снова
Этическая
сторона:
Нужно
понимать,
что
работают
люди,
и
всех
ошибок
избежать
не
удастся.
В
то
же
время
санкции
вследствие
вашего
обращения
могут
быть
жесткими
и
привести
к
депремированию
или
увольнению
человека.
Мы
стремимся
сделать
город
лучше,
а
не
жизнь
конкретного
человека
хуже.
Обращения
посылают
обычные
пассажиры,
а
не
контролеры
и
транспортные
эксперты,
это
общественный
контроль.
Принцип
«тайный

27. Как
составлять
обращения?
Грамотное
обращение
должно
содержать:
• Дату
и
время
• Место
(название
остановки,
направление
движения)
• Парковый
номер
автобуса
(троллейбуса,
трамвая)
• Номер
маршрута
• Краткое
и
спокойное
описание
инцидента
28. Как
отправить
обращение?
Обращения
принимаются:
• на
сайте
«Мосгортранса»
в
разделе
«Обратная
связь».
Указывается
домашний
почтовый
адрес
для
отправки
официального
письменного
ответа
(в
течение
30
дней).
После
отправки
сообщения
нужно
подтвердить
ее
по
ссылке
в
пришедшем
на
электронную
почту
письме.
