This document provides information about various cultural events at SRISHtI-2022, including rules and regulations. Some of the events described are dance competitions, origami, sketching, face painting, unique talent showcases, photography, singing, filmmaking, gaming, scripture recitation, photography contests, and more. Contact information is provided for each event as well as details on registration fees and deadlines. The goal is to provide young individuals opportunities to explore various art forms and enhance their experiences through cultural programs.

to breathe, provides shadow

Bhoomi
Bhoomi, one of the PanchaBhuta, is a joyful and conscious journey on this planet
to experience an infinite possibilities and
exploration to new and different dimensions of life
Using life energies to make choices to our experiences in every different
situation which comes our way.
Bhoomi is the place where
an individual gets an opportunity to begin with new experiences.
Nature is the best exploration one can get, which inspires us to start everyday
with fresh thoughts and ideas. Our fest is always a gateway to all young
Individuals to freshen up and enhance their experiences of life.
4. NRItYA SANGAM
• Group even, number of members per team- 6 to 10.
• Fusion music allowed, NO INDECENT MUSIC/LYRICS ALLOWED, fusion of
songs can be of any language, MAKE YOUR OWN REMIX.
• Time limit per team – 5+1 mins
• No revealing outfits will be entertained.
• You can bring your props, no harmful props allowed.
• Number of teams per college- 1.

• No material will be supplied.
• Glue, tape or any other kind of material to stick will not
be allowed.

• It's a solo Event.
• Number of teams per college is 1.
• Topic will be given on spot.
• Duration of the event is 2 hours only.`
• Paper will be provided .
• No usage of color pencils, pastels etc.
• Only pencils and charcoal pencils will be allowed.
• Except for paper, the participants need to carry their own
stationery.

7. • It is a SOLO EVENT
• Number of participants per college 2 [ONE ARTIST & ONE MODEL]
• Participants will have to carry their own materials required for the
event.
• The participant can paint only on the FACE, NECK.
• Only the artist will be rewarded.
• Topic will be given on spot.
• Only basic makeup products are allowed.
• Use of products which are skin friendly only shall be allowed.
• No phone reference allowed.

8. • Event can have minimum 1 member and maximum 7 members.
• Number of team per college- 1.
• Usage of props is allowed.
• Unique talent like Beat Boxing, Mono acting, Mimic etc.
• You can choose any talent you want except for singing and dancing.
• No participant can point out any individual or religious beliefs in any
way, and any dual meaning, obscene content is strictly not allowed.

9. BharAtiya Navyatva
• It is a group event, minimum 8 members, maximum 10 members allowed.
• Number of teams per college is 1.
• Time limit for each team- 10 minutes.
• Dress appropriate representing the states of India.
• Minimum 3 different states must be represented per team.
• No minimal clothing [sleeveless, backless, off shoulder etc, not allowed.]
• Obscenity is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Criteria of judging is costumes, accessories and formations.

10. • It's a Group Event.
• Participants should register in a team of 3 members.
• Only 1 team per college is allowed.
• Participants are only allowed to use DSLR or SLR.
• Participants are allowed basic editing like: basic cropping or any
other kinds of tool in the DSLR or SLR.
• Participants are allowed to use tripods.
• The participants aren’t allowed to take provocative, objectionable or
disturbing pictures.

11. jugalbandi
It is a duo event, Indian songs to be chosen.
Teams per college- 1.
Teams must perform Indian classical music only.
Duration of the performance must be minimum of three minutes, and a maximum of four
minutes.
Two minutes will be provided for the set up of respective equipment of the participants.
Indecent language and other obscenities will not be tolerated.
Participants will be provided with the liberty to choose any regional language.
Vulgar language and other obscenities will not be tolerated.
The judges decision will be final, and anyone attempting to argue will be disqualified.
Judging will be on the basis of co-operation and the overall performance.
Revealing outfits are not allowed.

12. A short film to spread social
awareness/responsibility
GHoshan
Group event, 3-4 members in a team.
The time limit for the film is 5 mins.
The film can only be in Hindi, English or Kannada. The story must be original,
with no plagiarizing.
Theme of the film will be informed on 16th sept over call.
BTS is must i.e., pics used in the film making should be recorded as Behind
The Scene(BTS).
The video format should be submitted in Pen Drive on 18/09/2022
judging criteria will be based on BTS and message conveyed based on the
theme.

13. GAMING EVENT
Games conducted are CODM (Call of duty mobile) and BGMI.
Only 2 teams are allowed to participate from each college
Each team only gets to participate in one game.
Team death match will be conducted on CODM.
Maps and game mode will be disclosed on the spot.
Classic matches will be kept on BGMI.
Four player team for BGMI .
Five player team for call of duty death match.
The judge’s decision will be final, and anyone attempting to argue will be
disqualified.

14. Group Event
Team participation with 2-5 participants.
Team must recite minimum 8-10 shlokas.
Shlokas need to be memorised.
Shlokas from any chapter are allowed.
Musical instruments are optional. Maximum time limit 6-7
minutes.

15. ECO-PICTUReSQUE
Rules and Regulations
• The pictures uploaded should be in JPEG format.
• Maximum width 1920 pixels, Maximum height 1080 pixels -
Pictures should not exceed 1920 pixels on the width and should not
exceed 1080 pixels on the height. Maximum File Size per picture is
limited to 4 MB. The dimensions are checked at the time of
uploading.
• ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR OWN
CAMERA/PHONE/TRIPOD ON THE DAY OF EVENT.
• No identification marks on the picture
16. ECO-PICTUResQUE
• Enter Complete and Correct particulars about picture - Please make
sure that the title and other details required while uploading a picture,
are entered properly
• Upload well-ahead of the last date - Please update the pictures well
ahead of time. ECO CLUB will not be responsible for inability of the
participant to upload pictures before the last date for submission . the
last date is 16th Sept .

17. ECO-PICTURESQUE
➢ Stages involved in the event-
• STAGE 1- Participants will be judged on the photos submitted by them. ALL
CRITERIAS WILL BE JUDGED SEPRATELY.
• STAGE 2-Participants will be given a time slot and will be asked to click pictures
within and around the Jain College campus.
➢ Registration Fee:
• Fee for submitting image in any of the criteria is ₹100.[WHICH INCLUDES
SUBMISSION OF ONE PHOTO IN EACH ONE CRITERIA ]
• Totally the participant has to submit three photos.
• Registration Fee will be collected at the venue
• Submitting Photos – The author should upload the photo in google forms. The
address for mailing the photo can be found on the upload page.

18. It is a solo participation event.

Registration fees for the event is Rs.100/-
Report to the campus on the given timings.
Maintain the decorum of the college.
Proper formal dress code should be followed.
WhatsApp groups will be created prior to the event.
Any sort of irrelevant activities will lead to direct disqualification.
Everyone are responsible for their own belongings.
No electronics are allowed.
Participants must attend all rounds on time, as made clear in the schedule.
Participants entering late will not be entertained.
