3. About the Project: • KIER users need to share some documents to external users who are
not the part of AD and after some duration those documents should
be deleted.
• For this, we provided this solution. When a user request for DocShare
then a document library will be created in DocShare site collection,
External users (FBA) also will be created and provides access to
specific users on it. This entire process will be done using Nintex
Workflow.
• DocShare is a FBA enabled web application.
