・保育園・幼稚園の増加が老人問題や生活者の問題を解決する
・製造業一般の発展が必要。
沖縄、渡り鳥的生活からアジアの経済ハブへ
国勢調査データを元に沖縄の経済構造をネットワーク分析した。
沖縄は、1) 子育ての世界、2)学校中心の老人世界、3) ２つの世界をつなぐ移住性の渡り鳥的生活者の世界の３つに分かれる。
沖縄は転入と転出が多く、人的流動性の高い生活スタイルとなっている。
人的流動性を活かし、シンガポールのように人や物の流通のハブとなる政策が有効であるように思う。沖縄は新興国の中国と東南アジアの中心に位置し、アジア経済のハブとしての地理的条件も十分にある。アジアの経済ハブとして、空港、港湾等整備、税金の免除など政策が必要である。
岩手県、外に出るか外で働くか
岩手県の経済活動を121の要因でネットワーク図を描いて、解析を行った。
岩手県の経済セクターは比較的はっきりと分離しており、お互いに関係性がないようだ。各コミュニティは独立しており、経済活性化には相互コミュニケーションが必要。
人口流出が重要な課題となっている。商業の活性化が岩手県の活性化には重要である。中学生・高校生への配慮が必要である。
東京は外国人・起業家・自営業で活性化
東京都のネットワーク解析
データ解析の結果、東京の活性化には以下のことが必要なことが分かった。
・外国人の優遇措置、観光促進
・起業家・自営業（フリーランス）の優遇で税収増
・日本食や日本の農産物のブランド化
・独居老人問題への対策
福岡県は娯楽産業で活性化
国勢調査データを使って、福岡県のネットワーク分析を行った。
福岡県の経済社会は女性中心の社会と過去の社会の２つに大きく分かれることが分かった。
福岡県の活性化には以下のことが必要。
最も効果的に税金収入を増やす道は、娯楽産業の活性化である。
商業と製造業の促進も、福岡県全体の経済の活性化につながる。
インフラ整備（電気・ガス・熱・水道業）、教育・学習支援業（塾など）、商業地価格も税収増加の要因となっている。
茨城県、医療・福祉で活性化
茨城県の国勢調査データをネットワーク解析したところ、茨城県の隠れた活性化因子がみつかった。それは、医療・福祉の充実化である。
茨城県では税金収入元と納税者が分かれている。
税金収入の多くは都市部生活者から来ている。
しかし、納税者の多数は農村部に存在している。
つまり、都市部に住む少数の納税者が大部分の税金を収めている。
税金収入を増やすためには都市部の活性化が必要。
だが、茨城全体の経済を活性化させるには医療・福祉の充実化が最も良い政策。

From Natural Language to Structured Solr Queries using LLMs
This talk draws on experimentation to enable AI applications with Solr. One important use case is to use AI for better accessibility and discoverability of the data: while User eXperience techniques, lexical search improvements, and data harmonization can take organizations to a good level of accessibility, a structural (or “cognitive” gap) remains between the data user needs and the data producer constraints.
That is where AI – and most importantly, Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model techniques – could make a difference. This natural language, conversational engine could facilitate access and usage of the data leveraging the semantics of any data source.
The objective of the presentation is to propose a technical approach and a way forward to achieve this goal.
The key concept is to enable users to express their search queries in natural language, which the LLM then enriches, interprets, and translates into structured queries based on the Solr index’s metadata.
This approach leverages the LLM’s ability to understand the nuances of natural language and the structure of documents within Apache Solr.
The LLM acts as an intermediary agent, offering a transparent experience to users automatically and potentially uncovering relevant documents that conventional search methods might overlook. The presentation will include the results of this experimental work, lessons learned, best practices, and the scope of future work that should improve the approach and make it production-ready.

The typical problem in product engineering is not bad strategy, so much as “no strategy”. This leads to confusion, lack of motivation, and incoherent action. The next time you look for a strategy and find an empty space, instead of waiting for it to be filled, I will show you how to fill it in yourself. If you’re wrong, it forces a correction. If you’re right, it helps create focus. I’ll share how I’ve approached this in the past, both what works and lessons for what didn’t work so well.

As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

How information systems are built or acquired puts information, which is what they should be about, in a secondary place. Our language adapted accordingly, and we no longer talk about information systems but applications. Applications evolved in a way to break data into diverse fragments, tightly coupled with applications and expensive to integrate. The result is technical debt, which is re-paid by taking even bigger "loans", resulting in an ever-increasing technical debt. Software engineering and procurement practices work in sync with market forces to maintain this trend. This talk demonstrates how natural this situation is. The question is: can something be done to reverse the trend?
