Central Washington University’s CATChat 2015 will take place on Tuesday, May 26 at
6:30 p.m. in the Student Union and Recreation Center Theatre (SURC 210). This
“unofficial TEDTalk” will feature various speakers from Central Washington sharing their
experiences on how they have significantly affected their community in order to make a
big difference. Admission to the event is free, and open to the public. We will cap the
event at 250 guests, with the option to increase that cap.
Some of our guest speakers include 2013 National Teacher of the Year Jeff
Charbonneau, sought after CWU Geology professor Nick Zentner, and Carolyn
Honeycutt of the Ellensburg Downtown Association.
This event is designed to bring the Ellensburg and Central Washington University
