• Traumatic anterior
dislocation
• Inferior glenohumeral

SLAP Lesion
• 10o clock- 2o clock
• Sudden traction on biceps
tendon
Therapist stands behind the patient and applies downward eccentric force to the arm.
If labrum is torn, humeral head slides over the labrum with pop or crack sound
Test is considered negative, if apprehension decreases or patient feels more comfortable.
