A reference model and process is developed for selecting cost-effective technologies for alternative uses of the Pipeline and its transition to decommissioning. 3. A transition roadmap is outlined for alternative uses of the Pipeline and its decommissioning to address end-of-life issues and maintain supply chain reliability.
