Sparks & Badges is a platform where people can earn rewards for submitting ideas, called "sparks", in different categories. Ideas are crowdsourced for companies and public interests, and if a spark gains enough support and is convincing to the interested recipients, the creator can bargain for rewards like cash, badges or other benefits for their submitted idea.
