The community has two swimming pools, a clubhouse with a gym and racquetball courts, and committees for residents to get involved. During the summer months, the Southall Landings
Yacht Club meets bi-weekly on the dock for docktails.
Club membership is open to residents and marine slip
holders. The club is active and has numerous cruises
from Spring through Fall.

The community is self-governed and all meetings are open to the
