The Looc Elementary School Homeroom PTA is holding a Little Miss and Mister Christmas competition for grade 1 pupils to improve their talents and lessen feelings of inferiority. Three sections of grade 1 pupils will participate, incurring expenses for costumes, attire, and prizes. The PTA officers and teachers are appealing for generous donations to alleviate the financial burden and benefit the grade 1 pupils and parents. Support will help develop the confidence and talents of the future leaders in grade 1.
