PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXAMPLES
1) Solar Parking Lot Lighting in Grand Junction
Description
This project was located at a Subaru dealership in Grand Junction, Colorado.
For this particular project our client was experiencing high electricity bills using HPS lights on his lot.
The owner of the lot wanted to make the switch not only to save money but to help with the ongoing green
movement in the city of Grand Junction.
We first talked about retrofitting the existing poles but were later advised that the complete system with our poles
were the best solution according to our client.
We provided him with a mock 3D simulation and thermal rendering with our 80 watt LED system that we decided
would fit best in his lot for the budget that he provided us with. Greenshine was able to amply light his lot with 9
solar lights due to proper planning and light location.

Installation and Maintenance
Greenshine Arabia Ltd. offers detailed installation in-
structions and videos.
For larger projects, we can provide onsite installation
training and technical assistance.
We provide also all the hardware necessary to build the
foundations, and can offer suggestions on the best size
based on the customers’ wind resistance requirements.
Greenshine Arbia Ltd.’s solar street lights are designed
to be essentially maintenance free.
However, in places where rain is infrequent, periodic
manual cleaning of the solar panels may be required.
Warranty
Greenshine Arabia Ltd. guarantees the purchaser for the
period of five (5) years that his own
new lighting systems will be free from defects in materi-
als and workmanship. Greenshine Arabia Ltd. will, at its
option, repair or replace any of his own system that is
defective for a minimum of five (5) years after the date
of purchase.
Additionally to the General Warranty, certain components
within Greenshine Arabia Ltd.’s system have extended
warranty protection against failure as defined below:
