This document provides steps for installing Oracle Solaris 11 Express Server in Oracle VirtualBox. It outlines downloading VirtualBox and the Solaris 11 Express iso, creating a new VirtualBox instance with a 16GB dynamic hard drive, performing the Solaris install by selecting keyboard, language, disks and configuring users, and finally installing VirtualBox Guest Additions after the Solaris install is complete to enable shared clipboard and 3D acceleration support.
