Job Description:
The candidates will be working on a Player Tracking Device IVIEW(Client) which is in gaming machines.
This device communicates with the Slot Machine via serial protocols and a Server using web services.
The Player tracking device monitors play on the slot machine and provides a second chance to win money
on the device (via games coded in .NET).
The candidate will have an opportunity to work on different technologies (C++, COM, ATL, Serial
Communications, .NET, Web Services, SQL, and Databases etc) and should be flexible in learning new
technologies as needed.
This candidate will work on communication protocols between the client and the server as well as build the
necessary infrastructure for the .NET games to operate and build the infrastructure on the server side
supporting distributed architecture.
Additional Job Information:
• 4 years or higher degree preferably in C.S., MIS and 3+ years total software development experience,
preferably in commercial software development or equivalent experience in place of degree.
• 1+ years Visual Studio.Net experience using C#.
• Client/server development experience, including WinForms and web service development. SOA,
CE/Windows Mobile experience is a big plus.
• Understanding of object oriented development, analysis and design
• n-tier development experience.
• Experience with other high-level language, preferably C++
• Understanding and experience with XML, XSD
• SQL experience helpful.
• Understanding of and prior experience with design patterns a plus.
