planning and its development”

►    Pupils draw colourful lots, showing
  their working position. The class
    is divided into 6 groups.
►    Each group choses a lider.

   25 students did the test.
   Question 11 wasn’t answered at all – conclusion: they had
    difficulties with answering an open ended question
    in English
   3 students scored the highest marks in the test (taking into
    account questiones 1-to 10).
   All. students gave correct answeres to questions: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7,
    8. The lowest score was 40%.
   Conclusions: all students passed the test– therefore
      the lesson in English let them broaden the knowledge both
     in social studies and in English language.

Remarks:
► 25 pupils have been evaluated.

► The  majority of pupils have filled in the survey
  correctly                     .
  Most of pupils didn’t answer question 5, because they
  hadn’t had any experiences with such lessons in foreign
  languages.

Conclusions:
   The most common answer given was that the
    pupils speak and write in English better
    owing to the lesson.
   The pupils would like other subjects to be
    taught in English too.
   50 % of the respondents would rather the
    lesson wasn’t taught in another language
    ( they liked using both languages).

1. The pupils are divided into groups at random( they
   can count up to 5 for example…).

Task:

1. Each group has to do the puzzle.

2. The group which finishes first presents students’
   opinion on personality types that are prevailing
     in partners groups (they give subjective opinion).

  • 8. Starting preparations ► Pupils draw colourful lots, showing their working position. The class is divided into 6 groups. ► Each group choses a lider.

SOCIAL : TEST - RESULTS  25 students did the test.  Question 11 wasn’t answered at all – conclusion: they had difficulties with answering an open ended question in English  3 students scored the highest marks in the test (taking into account questiones 1-to 10).  All. students gave correct answeres to questions: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8. The lowest score was 40%.  Conclusions: all students passed the test– therefore the lesson in English let them broaden the knowledge both in social studies and in English language.

SOCIAL – SURVEY RESULTS Conclusions:  The most common answer given was that the pupils speak and write in English better owing to the lesson.  The pupils would like other subjects to be taught in English too.  50 % of the respondents would rather the lesson wasn’t taught in another language ( they liked using both languages).
