                                                                                               NEW DESKS FOR KPS


Seen above are Sun n Sand Nursery School ‘Top Students’ Najma
Hassan and Hussein Yasin with their parents and teachers. They
emerged best overall after writing the primary 1 entrance exam, for
Kikambala Primary School, scoring 300/300 points.


                     “SPARK OF HOPE”
The Sun n Sand Trust
in collaboration with                                                                       Shahinoor Visram receives funds from
Aga Khan Education                                                                          Azhar, Qaher, Naheeda Madhani and Aman
Service Kenya,                                                                              Pirbhai who raised funds to purchase 16
organized a                                                                                 desks for Kikambala Primary School. These
community service                                                                           desks will furnish one of the 10 newly built
outreach event
                                                                                            classrooms.
entitled 'Spark of
Hope' whereby 25
students took their
time to paint 6
                                                                                               LUNCH SPONSORSHIP
classrooms with the
assistance of 18
students from the
Kikambala Primary
School. All the students were then treated to lunch at the Sun n
Sand Beach Resort. Subsequently students participated in a tour
of the Resort's Responsible Tourism Projects.
