Then we move towards Strategy.
We map out the user journey of the project, which is
tied to your brand's web and mobile experience. Like
dreaming up a custom home, we architect your web
interface in a meticulous fashion, accounting for
content delivery, functional specifications, and path to
action. All pages value mobile, tablet, and desktop
users, with a deep emphasis on establishing micro-
moments, or micro-interactions.

Strategy takes us to Content Inventory
& Creation.
Once your website architecture has been completed
and approved, we take inventory of all pre-existing
web copy and imagery. Often the existing copy is still
relevant and merely requires a re-write or refresh.
Other times, a writing collaboration between us and
you is required to bring new copy to life. Where
photography is needed, we work side-by-side with
your photographer or recommend one of our favorites
for your project.

not say "Goodbye".
In most cases, the launch of a website is only the grand
beginning of an ongoing and long-term engagement.
Beyond the strategy and execution of branding, content,
and web comes the attraction of new customers who
become engaged and loyal to your brand. This is achieved
mostly via paid channels like Google Adwords, Bing, and
Facebook, where we help you initiate and manage a funnel
that is aimed at leading your web users through a decision
path, which to you means a sale or a lead.

Expectations
Setting the pace for our relationship.
o  We are adaptable, but require clients to follow our processes and
procedures for optimal output.
o  We are small and powerful, but unlike bigger agencies, we focus more on
“doing” than “saying”. With this in mind, we try to schedule Google
Hangouts or Skype sessions in lieu of lengthy in person meetings.
o  Chances are the big agency will sub the work to a small agency like ours.
So if you are talking to a big agency, we just saved you a ton of money ;-)
