the entire house a face lift by painting all walls and ceilings? No need
for expensive paint, with a little effort you can make your place so
much more attractive for the potential buyer.
Put fresh or dried flower arrangements in little bowls and add some
aromatic oils to the dried ones, just make sure it is a soft neutral
smell and not overwhelming.
Give your house a major clean and pay special attention to the toilets
and bathrooms.
By applying some of these tips you will not only attract buyers but
will also feel good about yourself and your home.
