grasas, agua, y minerales principales.
Micronutrientes
● Se encuentran en el organismo
en menores cantidades.
● No aportan energía.
● Son las vitaminas y minerales.

Brindan una gran
cantidad de calorías que
son traducidas a energía
en el organismo.
Micronutrientes
No brindan calorías por
lo que no aporta energía.

Las proteínas son moléculas formadas
por aminoácidos los cuales se
