terbuat dari ekstrak daun
stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)

• Dadih terbuat dari fermentasi susu
kerbau
• Setelah diperah, susu kerbau
langsung dimasukkan ke dalam
sepotong ruas bambu segar dan
ditutup dengan daun pisang.
Selanjutnya didiamkan atau
difermentasi secara alami dalam
suhu ruang selama satu sampai dua
hari sampai terbentuknya
gumpalan.
11. Diabetes merupakan salah satu
penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan
adanya penumpukan kadar gula darah
dalam tubuh.
Penderita diabetes dianjurkan untuk
mengatur pola makan salah satunya
dengan mengganti asupan gula dengan
pemanis yang lebih aman.
