This document lists different biological specimens that can be viewed under light microscopes at various magnifications, as well as the resolution of an electron microscope. Specimens include liver tissue, syringa leaf, human cheek cells, onion epidermal cells, and elodea cells viewed at either 10x or 40x objective lenses, while an electron microscope can achieve resolutions between 50-60 nanometers.
