2. Curate information the way you want. Canvases
supplement real-time collaboration with a permanent
place to gather and organize knowledge for any channel
conversation, or project.
Get context and take action, all from one place. When
critical context (e.g. a company policy) is paired with
accessible workflows* (e.g. button to request corporate
equipment) — all inside a canvas, teams spend less time
chasing down information.
Gain insights from your apps in a single view. Anyone
can unfurl Slack app links and preview data from
third-party apps and systems of record like Salesforce
Customer 360 into canvases, bringing an interactive view
of the data employees need to the forefront.

this year, once the new Workflow Builder is available. At the time of the Slack canvas
