  1. The vision that we have for this event is to foster entrepreneurship right into the growing stage of an individual and target people early to give them an hindsight of what it is to be – An Entrepreneur. We help build a Action-Social-Virtual platform and help provide a launching pad for an individual to carefully evaluate his career choice. Entrepreneurship is not just about starting your own business or company or just joining a startup; but it is also about the thought process, leadership, and above all been focused to build value for community where one is associated with.
  2. Individuals -> population -> community -> Ecosystem -> BiosphereIndividuals will constitute a team. Teams will define a community. Communities will flourish to build an Ecosystem. Our ecosystem integrates with Biosphere.
  3. Vision : Bootstrap stage : Kick start the eco system: Overall strategy, planning and program definition. This is primarily done with the sponsor, faculty or required stakeholders. Once completed, basics like who should apply, how should we manage, what are those critical resources required, How will we be driving it and When should we end the show.Start : We need to work with Faculty and drive a 1-Day workshop with Faculty, Individuals and passionate people in articulating around vision that we have and put an arrangement in place. This cannot be pre-determined as we want to localized the execution plan based on the priorities which college has at hand and map with the overall vision.Define : Define the realistic goals and goals that are meaningful. Our goal cannot be “We should have atleast 2 startups at end of one year”Learning Objectives : What’s in it for everyone? We need to set these objectives and need to use this as model for “Validated Learning”. Any activity that we do we need to align ourselves to these objectives. This is to bring discipline in the activity what we do and with a Buy-In from people around us. Experiment : Rules for experimentation. This will be a cultural statement. This is where we need to work and establish the methodology of “doing things” at campus. Ultimately, what we want to protect is Wastage of resources and optimize activity. We need to be street smart.Steer : This is a phase where we actually steer the entrepreneurship engagement. Based on the engagement designed, we need to get to action thru one or many points as mentioned in the slide above. We kick-start the next phase by creating “Playlists” of tasks.Accelerate : Help set up the monitoring and acceleration point where we would Batch : Create a batch of people and batch of activities where we get plugged in to “Advise session” at activity level.Grow , Adapt and Innovate
