 Understanding the functional specifications designed by the functional team for the new

Function modules, IDOC’s , subroutines , screen programming, BAdI’s.
 Interacting with clients to resolve various critical issues faced during customer testing
and reporting to the client regarding the status of the issues.
 Carried out various test cases based on the requirement to provide high level of
functionality with low number of bugs.
 Fixed various critical bugs that were raised during testers during post development phase.
 I have been through remote customer interaction where I got to know the feedback from
customers on the product functionalities before the delivery of the product. And I have
also took the leadership to acknowledge the team regarding the same to make sure the
customer requirements are met.
