Christian Duke documents his experiences of being followed, intimidated and threatened by organized crime groups with ties to drug cartels. He describes instances of vehicles shadowing and following him without license plates in multiple US states and European countries. When he tried to report threats to the FBI and local police, he found them corrupted and unhelpful. The groups sent proxies to intimidate him through physical proximity and implied threats. He believes they are trying to silence him for what he knows about cartel operations.

8. Hiding in Plain Sight
You will see fake paper plates, grease-covered plates, fake
plates with highly reflective surfaces, and removed licensed
plates (when their target has cameras) to damaged plates. A
cartel favorite is to use sports racks, trailers hitches, and
trailers to obstruct real license plates. They're smugglers so,
of course, they know all about camouflage. During intimidation
of targets, they deploy these same techniques.

17. Mid-October 2020, I drove to the San Diego FBI with cartel proxies
in vehicles following me up to the FBI building to intimidate me.
The security guard at the gate said no one was available to meet with
me and gave me a card to file an online report.
An image of the card the gatekeeper gave me is on the next page. I
could not even get into the building. It was ridiculous. You will see
more of the cartel partners response was to send more corrupt San
Diego cops after me over the next few days.
I could not go to local given the corruption so I was forced to leave
California then the United States without assistance.

wait show the bookshelf inside the building. This PSYOP was set
up in the laundromat inside with a number of cartel proxies
present for the staged event with a false reporter (another cartel
proxy).

Duke. The cartel have a PsyOp trained personnel to intimidate. I
had just seen the SEALS bring in a non-interdicted Panga and
went to San Diego FBI but was turned away because no agents
were available due to corona virus. This is simply more special
forces team personnel working with the Sinaloa Cartel.

~November 2, 2020. The blue vehicle Nevada license plate SUUBYDO is a
real license plate in the next image. This same vehicle, near late September
2020, was shadowing me around San Diego, California with some other
vehicles.
The SUUBYDO vehicle appeared with these two individuals in the next
photos within minutes of me checking into the hotel several hundred
miles away in Virginia City, Nevada. Hiding in Plain Sight.

28. The Asian male hiding behind the tree is part of the ransomware gang. This is
north San Diego, he hid behind the tree after mouthing of shit or fuck once I
spotted him. The gang suspect on the right hid behind the pole too. Same

Shortly after I resigned under threat with no recourse due to
corruption poisoning the well, The Bloods/Pirus and others tried
to get me into custody by trying to force a felony rental vehicle
recall using insiders at LAX Enterprise (Blood Territory is
adjacent). Keep in mind, I picked up the vehicle in San Diego.
These are images from that day of the Cartel proxies out in force
again (a show of force) with no plates or hidden plates etc.

part of the Blood "op" to to get me into law enforcement custody by
forcing a stolen vehicle recall. He also has Minnesota and Texas
addresses.
This is one of several attempts to frame me on top of the others
involving corrupt cops and other law enforcement personnel.
Knowing how the Sinaloa Cartel partners operate, they probably had
various corrupt officers or deputies on standby and other law
enforcement or court personnel to grease the process.

40. The next slide is after I left Reno, Nevada where the Bloods
(a/k/a the LAX GRP) with PIRU suspect Vinnie Hill had tried
to get me into custody via framing me.
The next night I was in Buffalo, Wyoming and the Bloods
taunted me with a fake license plate that read "LAX GRP"
on the vehicle shadowing me. You can make out the LAX
portion of the fake plate in the next image. I have a video of
the incident and many others.

was pulled over by a corrupt younger Latino male,
New Mexico State Officer who gave me a "threat
message," and attempted to set the table for a
bench warrant to be issued by only giving me about
two business days to contact the court and submit
documentation.

45. I tried to make an informal deal with the cartel and the
partners involved. They said no, and some Bloods would go
to Europe with me and they did. This is a single few images
of a PsyOp campaign in Europe carried out by the Bloods
and their proxies to intimidate me.

50. "Planet Hollywood. Bern Switzerland, Right when I stepped off the Swiss train
this guy was waiting outside my train car. I was on my to FedPol (Swiss FBI).
Hollywood is where I first encountered Blood proxies. Hollywood is also close to
South Central Los Angeles and neighboring areas which are home to some of the
Blood sets involved (LAX Area, Inglewood, Compton, etc).
This "Hollywood" message is simply a targeted intimidation message like in the
threat note, they placed on my vehicle in San Diego warning me there was "no
escape" and I could "be got anywhere."
The previous time I started to go to FedPol. The Bloods had another proxy, black,
with a "Compton" shirt which is where the original Blood set was formed that
proliferated across the United States. He was waiting for me when I got off the
train like this guy to the right. I went to a park bench and he sat down right
behind me to intimidate me. Messengers.
It is a modified PsyOp used for cartel intimidation.

This Blood proxy sat down in front
of me again on the train, right in
front after leaving Bern. Shortly
after "Planet Hollywood" met me
when I was getting off the train
going the other way. As an aside,
"Obey" is a Los Angeles clothing
company.

53. This was placed next to my bed while at the refugee detention center in Switzerland
by the Bloods who paid him. Another refugee told me they were paying some of the
refugees to harass me. For those of you who don't know. Compton, California is
birthplace of the Blood's Street gang which has now gone transnational. It is another
threat message: We know where you are. We know where you sleep. We can get
you at any time just as they stated in the threat note.

54. BOUDRY SWITZERLAND SEM
A"refugee" from Medellin, Colombia was paid to intimidate
me (he told me the same) along with some of the corrupted
private guards (mostly Algerians) and private staff (Africans)
inside the refugee center. There are witnesses.
Add a mostly fictionalized report from a corrupted SEM case
officer to obtain a counter-signature after his divergence from
Swiss Law. There is evidence of the above. This is by
definition transnational organized crime. And for those of you
who don't know, one of the Chapitos went for protection at
one point to: Medellin, Colombia. This is all about a silencing
because of what I know.
