Ask participants to fill in the cards with “What I hope to get out this workshop” before revealing what is behind the curtain Emphasise that the model is an approximation and part of the analytic process, The simulation will not give the answer They are all part of the process They will all contribute to the answer
  4. What is going to happen during the workshop We are talking about the patient pathway!
  5. Remember to give out the cards for actions And the other scale measuring thing.
