Reports to LCC and major report at end of project. Will be widely disseminated Will help decide how the intervention progresses
- What is going to happen during the workshop We are talking about the patient pathway! What is the Older Person’s Unit? What is the NN service? Ed will tell you about the simulation and how it was derived, run the model Put yourself into the patient’s position, think about the progress through the journey Look at what the problems are or may be Work out solutions; decide on how could it be improved? How can patient satisfaction be measured?
