Scene 1 – INT. INSIDE HOUSE - DAY
Shot Number Shot Description
1 Close up slow panning shot. Close up of stairs
and feet as they come down the stairs. Pulls
away slightly and we see a man but only from
his neck to his waist walking past a corner.
We then follow his back towards a kettle where
he turns it on. The camera follows his hand as
he turns on the radio. It is then anticipatory
as we follow his hand up to a cupboard as he
takes out a cup. We then watch the kettle
boiling for about 10 seconds as a tea bag is
placed into a cup. He then turns up the radio
and then moves back to him pouring the water
into the cup. The camera tilts downwards and
we watch him stir the tea. He then pours milk
into the cup. The camera then moves away from
the protagonist towards the window where a
bloody handprint is now placed onto the glass.
