The diagnostic software for OC48 (STM16) SONET / SDH Transport Processor (OTP) has 
been developed on vxWorks platform, to check the proper functionality of the different 
building blocks of the SOC after boot-up. The diagnostic test cases are:

Satellite STB (Award winning product at CES2009) 
Successfully designed, developed and debugged the award winning DVR satellite Set Top Box 
board at board/system level. This award winning DVR satellite STB at CES2009 is based on 
Broadcom BCM7400 chipset which provides dual-channel, high-definition satellite and cable set-top 
box solution offering up to a two-user, two-television experience and offering integrated AVC 
(H.264/MPEG-4 Part 10) and VC-1 video decoding technology. 
It combines a data transport processor, dual high-definition AVC/VC-1/MPEG-2 video decoders, 
dual advanced-audio decoders, 2D/3D graphics processing, high-quality video scaling and motion 
adaptive de-interlacing, seven video DACs, stereo high-fidelity audio DACs, a MIPS 4380 class 
processor with FPU, and a peripheral control units providing a variety of set-top box control 
functions. 
This solution also includes the transcoding function in the form of DaVinci 
(DM6467) processor from TI, essentially meant for trans-coding and place shifting application.

 WiFi Monitor Design 
Successfully designed the WiFi Monitor intended to be a perfect companion for any DVR cable or 
satellite receiver. 
The hardware design consists of a main Broadcom processor (BCM7206) which does the A/V 
processing. The monitor is capable of supporting resolutions upto 720p. 
Interfaces: 
DDR2, NAND Flash Memory, 802.11n Radio, LCD-TFT Interface, Ethernet, Touch Panel, etc.

ATM Cell Switching System. This system has multi-module 
architecture. Each module of this system has 5Gbps throughput. These 
modules can be interconnected in such a way that maximum throughput of 
40Gbps or equivalent of 256 X 256 STM1 can be achieved. Each module has 
following cards: 
 Card implementing line functionality of four STM1 or one STM4 port. 
 Main Controller Card.
