Information Evening
Course Information
•	 Two year programme beginning August 2015.
•	 All tuition fees are paid.
•	 A training allowance will be paid weekly, attendance dependant
and will be paid for 38 weeks in year 1 and 38 weeks in year 2.
•	 All required personal and protective equipment will be provided.
•	 IndicativeYear 1 programme – Performing Engineering Operations Level 2,
two 1 week placements at St Fergus gas terminal, HN units, team building
and management training.
•	 IndicativeYear 2 programme – HNC qualifications, tech skills , two 1 week
placements at St Fergus gas plant, further team building and management
training and enhanced employability provision.

YourQualifications
On successful completion of this Shell Engineering Scheme you will have
a HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering and in Measurement and
Control,plus a SVQ in Performing Engineering Operations with Safety
and Management training.
More importantly, you will leave with excellent career prospects and the
knowledge you need to work in one of the most dynamic industries in the
world. Should you wish to continue your academic studies you can progress
into HND programmes at College and /or the degree route at university.

Complete the application form and send this with your CVplus covering
letter.Your covering letter should detail why you wish to be considered for
the programme. The closing date for all applications is March 10th.
Whathappensnext?
Your application will be assessed and successful candidates will be invited to
sit an aptitude test.
Shortlisted candidates will then be asked along to an interview.
