械及铸造产品企业，公司与济南大学机械学院共同开发表面抛丸、喷丸清理及强化等设备。
公司坐落于邹平凤凰经济园区，距省会济南52公里，离济南-青岛高速公路垂直距离500米，
离济青高速章丘路口7公里，占地面积10万平方米。

Shandong Kaitai Shot-blasting Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise which integrates with
technical research, development, production, installation, and debugging. Cooperated with College of
Mechanical Engineering, University of Jinan, We have developed cleaning and intensification machine of
shot-blasting and shot-peening.
The company occupies 100,000 square meters and is located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone.
It is 52 km to Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. It is only 500 meters away from Jinan-Qingdao
expressway and only 7 km to the Zhangqiu exit of Jinan-Qingdao expressway.

该系列履带式抛丸清理机，可用来清理铸件、锻件及焊接件，除去工件表面的夹杂和氧化皮。
由于该机型防护措施好，抛丸性能强，弹丸循环系统结构合理，对难以清理的工件也能取得满
意的效果。还可用来清理易翻滚跌落的工件和不易撞碎的非脆性零件及型腔不深的铸件。
本机也可用来清理铸铝件或某些有色金属工件。
This series is used for removing the sand and the oxided surface of the workpieces such as the casting,
forging as well as the weldment. Owing to the perfect protective measures, good shot blasting, a
reasonable structure of the circulatory system, the machine can achieve satisfactory results when it
was used to clean up the hard-to-clean ports. This kind of machine can also be used to clean up the
workpieces which are easy to roll and fall and also be used to clean up the non-fragile parts as well as
the non-core castings.
The aluminium workpieces and some nonferrous metal workpieces can also be cleaned up by this series.

This series uses multiple-step and rotating point fixed
method to clean away the antiquated sand and oxidation
layer from the surface quickly, and makes the surface
bright and clean. It is mainly used for the fitting of vehicles
such as the bolster, side frame, coupler and coupler
yoked,also for cleaning the casting and workpieces with
the similar size.
