- 3. 公司简介 • 溧阳市振大铁路设备有限公司位于山青水秀的天目湖湖畔，系于一九九三年 成立的股份制民营企业，公司占地面积两万多平方米，其中生产用厂房面积 八千平方米、办公用面积三千多平方米，现有职工两百多名。拥有固定资五 千多万元，年销售 7千万元以上 , 。拥有机械、橡胶、二条独立生产线。 • 公司主要从事机车车辆配件的生产，技术力量雄厚，从事机车车辆专业的教 授级高工 2 名，高级工程师 12 名。具有独立的产品设计、开发能力。产品 设计开发全部采用 CAD 和 PRO/E 辅助设计系统，实验室拥有较完善的检测 设备，包括电液伺服疲劳试验机、高低温微机控制电子万能试验机、橡胶硫 化仪、应变测试仪、金相显微镜等先进检测设备。 . 主要产品有铁路动车组列车、高速客车、地铁客车、城市轻轨客车上转向架 用的抗侧滚扭杆、牵引拉杆、橡胶减震产品。公司产品销全国各个生产厂家 ，铁路局下属车辆段、地铁公司。
- 4. 公司 展史发 Historyof Company • 1993 年，公司成立，名为溧阳市振大科工贸开发有限公司。主要维修客车油压减振器 。 The company setup in the year of 1993 named Liyang Zhenda Science Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. • 1995 年，开始制造铁路客车油压减振器。 In the year of 1995 the company started to product hydraulic pressure absorber which were used for railway vehicles. • 1996 年，开始生产客车 209P 弹性定位套，同年生产伊朗双层客车弹性定位套。 From the year of 1996 the company started to product 209P rubber bush and from the same year product Iran rubber bush used for double-layer vehicles. • 1997 年，开始生产快速列车抗侧滚扭杆及转向架橡胶件。同年，公司更名为溧阳市振 大铁路制品有限公司。 From the year of 1997 the company started to product anti roll bars and rubber parts used for bogie. Meanwhile in the same year the company changed its name for Liyang Zhenda Product of Railway Co.,Ltd. • 2001 年，铁道部下发 2001-46 号电报，确定溧阳振大为生产抗侧滚扭杆定点工厂。同 年，公司扩建厂房及办公楼。 In the year of 2001 , The Railway Department delivered 2001-46 telex confirming Liyang Zhenda as the appointed factory for producing anti roll bars. In the same year the company expanded the factory and buildings.

And the Railway Department delivered 2002-331 telex confirmed it as the appointed factory for producing 209P rubber bush. • 2004 年， 8 月份开始与铁科院合作生产铁路各种快速列车用 空气弹簧。 From August of 2004 the company started to product air springs for all kinds of high speed vehicles cooperated with China Academy of Railway Sciences. . 2015 年，通过 IRIS 国际铁路行业质量体系的认证 In the year of 2015 the company passed IRIS Quality System Certificate.

From November of the same year the company started to cooperated with Toyo and China Academy of Railway Sciences for the air spring used for the dynamic vehicle group. • 2006 年，抗侧滚扭杆及空气弹簧项目认定为“江苏省高新技术产品”，并被 认定为“江苏省高新技术企业”。 In the year of 2006 the projects of Anti roll bar and Air spring are authenticated as”new high-tech products of Jiangsu province” and the company accordingly authenticated as “new high-tech enterprise” . • 2007 年， 2 月份德国西门子公司来我司考察列车抗侧滚扭杆采购事宜。 In February of 2007 Siemens company came to our company to review anti roll bars.
- 7. 主要生产产品 Major Products •铁路客车转向架减振产品：抗侧滚扭杆。 Shock absorption products used for railway vehicles:anti roll bars. • 铁路客车用“金属 -- 橡胶”减振产品：轴箱定位节点、牵引拉杆节点、弹 性定位套、复合弹簧等。 “meltal-rubber”shock absorption products used for railway vehicles such as rubber sleeve for axle box joint ， traction rubber node ， rubber bush and rubber spring for axle box and so on. • 铁路客车用：空气弹簧。 Air-springs used for railway vehicles. • 其它产品：转向架用牵引拉杆、客车门锁、地铁站台用缓冲防滑安全 装置等。 Others :traction rod , locks for vehicles, guards for underground platform and so on.
