dobio formular I-20 ili DS-2019 posle 27. oktobra 2008. godine odgovoran je da plati ovu naknadu
Programu za posetioce u programima razmene i studente (Student and Exchange Visitor Program
- SEVP).
Škole i sponzori programa razmene imaju mogućnost plaćanja naknade SEVIS I-901 za
potencijalne studente, ali nisu obavezni da to urade. Morate da pitate odgovorna lica u izabranoj
školi da li je naknada plaćena u vaše ime. Ukoliko je plaćena, možete očekivati potvrdu od onoga
ko je platio naknadu u vaše ime.

studiranju van SAD. Na taj način studenti više ne spadaju u kategoriju onih koji nastavljaju
studije. U tom slučaju potreban je novi formular I-20 iz škole i potrebno je platiti SEVIS I-
901 naknadu.
- Ako su studenti koji nisu održali isti status ili su završili prethodni program, onda više ne
spadaju u kategoriju studenata koji nastavljaju studije. U tom slučaju je potreban novi I-20
formular iz škole i potrebno je platiti SEVIS I-901 naknadu.
Novi kandidati za status posetilaca u okviru programa razmene (J-1)
Ako aplicirate za status posetioca u okviru programa razmene, platite novu SEVIS I-901 naknadu
