Let’s create a review pass so the reviewers are immediately accessing “clean” data with no exceptions. For this example, lets use the Globex Industries vs. ATLN Energy Case. 1. Job level) Extract mail metadata for standalone emails converted to PDF as well as PDF Portfolios and their folder structure Disable all file extraction during Streaming Discovery – basically it allows you to ingest documents 1:1 so that no embedded files are extracted. There are some scenarios where you may receive data that you don’t want to extract....for example lets say you get some PDFs and they are already processed, so just need to get them in the database..... well in the past you could disable some of the extraction, but not all. Then you have to go find the extra extracted docs and remove them from review. Doc Level Permissions – DP: Can remove? Import Users via AD – can quickly set up users with already created credentials using this option. Get reviewers into the case faster, where could spend much more time manually creating logins. Transparency – can view group's users, or user's groups, with just a few clicks. Review Pass Layouts – now default to a grid view which enables the tags in the grid functionality; still have an option to use the form view, which does not have the grid. Mass Action – select documents and mass-promote them to a review pass. This rebatches the review pass and docs are ready for review shortly thereafter. Tags in the Grid – huge ask by clients, easy to see what kind of documents reviewers are dealing with just by looking at the document grid. Mass-tag and see results in the grid. Clickable Relationships – navigate to related documents from the Relationships view. Docs that are outside of the review pass are grayed out.

In this next scenario we will load in part of an E01 file because at the time of collection, the legal team was unsure what they needed from the Custodians desktop.

- Streaming data is a huge benefit! How do you perform QC on data you are streaming? In review, in QC? Use your review passes to provide clarity to your review teams on which data is ready to go, vs what is still being looked at.
- Mass actions – assign to a review pass – no longer need to go back into review passes to create more batches. Be sure to assign them all, not just 25.
