1. Set hike!
I couldn’t believe football has stared. I came back
to the huddle with all my team-mates .when we
got out of the huddle we got set on the line of
scrimmage.
“Hit hit hike!”
Dylan the quarterback pitched the ball to Brendan
the runningback. Brendan ran as fast as could
through the line of scrimmage, as I started to block
the linebacker so Brendan could get farther on his
run. Brendan spun from the first defenders tackle
then plowed right through the safety as I kept
blocking the linebacker. Then I heard the whistle
blow so I looked up and Brendan was in the
endzone. I ran with all my teammates to
congratulate Brendan on his run, when I went to
congratulate Brendan, Brendan said I had an
awesome block to help him score.
On my way back to the huddle with my
teammates I started to wonder if this season was
going to be a great season with my team
