Objective
• To focus our Health & Safety plans where
focus is needed.
Major Changes
• HASP has been divided into 2 parts.

• Part II is Construction Safety, required for all
trips which have construction components
• Will be completed by December 1, and
required to use by January 1
Resources
• Assignment of a Health & Safety Reviewer
prior to preparation so the HASP can be
done well and one.
New Health & Safety Forms
Objective
• Ensure our members get the care that they
need as soon as possible.
What are we changing?
• ISOS is now the 24/7 response for EWB-USA
• EWB-USA will hold the blanket insurance
policy, Seven Corners will no longer be
necessary
• Effective Jan. 1 or prior, stay tuned to the
eblast
• Interim solution – Cost will be added to trip
allocation ($500/$1000,$500) until trip
allocation changes.
New Insurance

Editor's Notes

  • #11 2013 = 71 cases 2014 = 68 cases January 2015 to 9/15/2015 = 83 cases Not a big difference between 2013 and 2014, however, there is an increase in utilization for 2015 thus far and will hopefully continue to rise for the remaining 3.5 months. For the utilization by "Latest Travel Security Risk Rating" here is the breakdown: High = 48 Medium = 151 Low = 17 No Data = 9
