Job Description
• The SDM profile will be a senior profile will need to manage end to end IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Complex IT Infrastructure for a large enterprise.
• Strong Leadership & customer relationship skills and drive to push things within and outside the system.
• Lead and Manage large teams across various towers .
• Strong Process knowledge ITIL V-3, along with experience in certification of IT & Security certifications
• SLA Measurement, Reporting & Adherence - 5 Nines etc.
• Budgeting & P&L Experience – Managing Capex & Opex.
• Overall Strong Technology Landscape Understanding & Experience of Managing IT Infra with some amount of App
support experience will be preferred.
• P&L responsibility
• Expansion of services to fill all gamut’s of infrastructure-increase breadth.
• Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives
• Utilization, Billing, Management reporting, Conduct regular in depth service and process audits.
• Employee retention, motivation and training
• Focus on grooming people from L1 to L2, L2 to L3 within select timelines .
• Value add to customer-YOY by working closely with the Transformation and Consulting group for:
• Architecture gap assessment studies
• Implementation of new technologies
• Consolidation/virtualization opportunities
• Cost savings through better solutions
• Enhance operational efficiencies
• Overall SLA management – Operation interaction with technologies Lead / Service Owner
• Overall Customer and Employee Satisfaction.
