The past month’s sales have largely been sections, lots and acres.
Perhaps it’s the new lending initiatives encouraging the building of new homes, or
maybe just what my customers have been looking for; but it’s definitely happening.
Spring has shown itself this week with sunny days and warmer temperatures,
bringing yet more buyers to the Whangarei market. I really have no idea how long
this frantic pace will continue, and really I am too busy to stop and contemplate the
phenomenon for long……
