1. SENIOR TOOL TECHNICIAN
In my role as a SENIOR TOOL TECHNICIAN for SCHLUMBERGER, Perth,wa , I
was requiredtocollect newor usedHYDRAULIC HYDRA JAR or XS/XC RHINO
REAMER parts tocomplete afull tool from Inspectionand the Stores. I would
visually inspect andmeasure withthe use of Vernier’s andMicrometers to
the company standards withthe use of the WorkshopManual/Work
instructions.
After grinding, buffing and cleaning I wouldinsert all seals inthe correct
order withthe use of the WorkshopManual/Work Instructions.
To complete the buildof the tool all parts wouldbe offeredup to eachother
in sequence by hand and crane to a Breakout Machine. All parts wouldthen
be threadedtogether withthe use of the Breakout Machine andSpinner and
all torque values correctly applied.
The correct Grade of Hydraulic oil wouldbe pumped in, pressure testswould
be conductedand thenfunctiontesting while following the Workshop
Manual/work instructions.
The finishedHYDRAULIC HYDRA JAR or XS/XC RHINO REAMER wouldbe
paintedand the correct markings stencilledprior tobeing shippedtothe
customer.
I conductedall training of all tools to new/oldemployees.
My role required me to carry out daily maintenance to various machinery.
I am a good communicator, problem solver and can work within a team or on
my own.
I am hard working, work in a safe and organised manor, goal oriented, punctual,
willing to work shifts, reliable and willing to learn new skills.
I have forklift, gantry/overhead crane, work safely at heights and senior first aid
certificates.
I have a Blue/White card, own reliable transport and a clean currant driving
licence.
