Complete Design and Manufacture Service for Fully Automatic Duplex/Triplex Card Cutting &
Gluing Service, with photo optronic accuracy on B1 sheet size to produce the following: -
• Peel Apart Game Pieces (Duplex)

• Calculator or Ready Reckoner Sliders (Triplex)
• Infinite Finger Tumblers, square and shaped (Duplex)
• Picture Frames with Integral Struts (Duplex or Triplex)
• Eyelet Less Data Wheels for DM (Triplex)
• Advent Calendars Max Size B2, Auto Die Cut Glue-Fold (Duplex)
• Board Calliper Enhancement (single sided print 800mic, becomes 1600mic both sides printed)
• 4PP Swatch Multi Pocket Presenters (Duplex or Triplex)
Simplex or Duplex mounting up to 5000micron, all over or stencil gluing with final die cut or flat sheet.
From your printed 600micron sheets, we can/will supply suitable lay down, printed one side for traditional
beer mat production, or both sides for peel out promotional product. We will precision pre-die cut, glue &
fold at speeds of up to 2000 sheets 24 to view through our Inline Tech B1 Folder (That’s 48,000 beer mats per
hour). You will receive back, beer mats 1200micron with your print on both sides; die cut to your special
shape.
From your printed sheets calliper from 100 to 600micron sheets, we can/will supply suitable lay down,
printed both sides to our spec. We will precision pre-die cut, triplex glue & fold at speeds of up to 1500
sheets with as many as 70 items (size dependant) to view through our Inline Tech B1 Folder (That’s 140,000
snap–a-parts per hour). We can then re-die cut to your special shape or simply guillotine trim and pack.
From your printed sheets calliper from 100 to 800micron sheets, we can/will supply suitable lay down,
printed both sides to our spec. We will precision pre-die cut, Duplex glue & fold at speeds of up to 2000
sheets with as many as 98 items (size dependant) to view through our Inline Tech B1 Folder (That’s 196,000
peel–a-parts per hour). This can also be used to produce Show cards with integral struts up to 1600micron
finished, with sizes up to SRA3. We can then re-die cut to your special shape or simply guillotine trim and
pack.
From your printed sheets calliper from 100 to 600micron sheets, we can/will supply suitable lay down,
printed both sides to our spec. We will precision pre-die cut, duplex glue & fold at speeds of up to 2000
sheets with as many as 40 items (size dependant) to view through our Inline Tech B1 Folder (That’s 80,000
finger tumblers per hour). We can then re-die cut to your special shape.
