2. It is said that we are all born with an innate self-esteem, but through the
world's concerns about power and control, we have been trained to
worry about what others think of us and what we think of them. How can
you please? We have forgotten how to love ourselves and respect
ourselves. We are taught that loving ourselves is selfish and will only
make us appear arrogant, which will turn people off. If we are not
allowed to learn to love ourselves, then how can we learn to allow others
to love us? If we focus on others first, we cannot feel love and positive
